You can reach Jaynagar Mazilpur from Sealdah by local train. Trekkers are plying from Jaynagar to Jamtala Hat. From there auto rickshaws are available to reach Kaikhali. By car you can reach Baruipur and then take Jaynagar Road to get to Kaikhali.
